It consists of a deck of cards which are easy to keep with you, and let you focus without digital distractions.
The tool has almost unlimited combinations of communication habits, situations and messages to work through, and it will stretch your communication thinking in new ways.
There are twelve graded Practices that you will work through as you learn the nine Manager Birds Skills.
When you have mastered the nine Manager Birds skills you will also be able to use the Manager Birds approach in real time situations, or as a coaching and management communication tool.

Kerry Russell has over twenty five years’ experience in public healthcare practice and management in the UK and Ireland, and her management approach and insights are drawn from the frontline to the boardroom, and from large and small healthcare organisations.
