At Managementography we take your privacy to be of the highest importance to us, and we will never release your personal details to any outside company for their mailing or marketing purposes. Personal data we collect

Managementography collects personal information in order to provide services to our customers. When you make an enquiry we collect name, email address and phone number, either from web site enquiry forms or from a telephone enquiry. We may also collect job title, demographic information such as post codes, preferences and interests, IP address and information about what pages are accessed and when.

When you register or make a purchase from the Manager Birds Shop, we do collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers.

If you make a card payment to purchase a product or services we do not hold your card information. We use Bank of Ireland to handle our card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

How your personal information is used

We may use your information to:
• Send you an email when you register or buy a product
• Process and fulfil your order
• Manage your account
• To support any contracts entered into by you and us
• Notify you of changes to our services
• Periodically send promotional emails about new products, workshops and offers or other information which we think you may find interesting with your consent

Data retention

Personal data retention is reviewed regularly. We are legally required to hold some information for financial and statutory obligations, which would be for a minimum of 6 years. Information kept for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Our business is based in the EU (Ireland) and no personal information will be transferred out of the EU unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide this information. If you are an enquirer or customer based outside the EU then no other personal information other than that we have received directly from you will be sent outside the EU.

Children Under 13

Our website is not intended/directed at children under the age of 13 and Managementography does not collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13.

Managementography may create links to third party websites. Managementography is not responsible for the content or privacy practices employed by websites that are linked to our website.

Security precautions in place to protect loss and misuse of information

All data is stored on secure servers. Non-sensitive data that is transferred over email (such as from website enquiry forms) cannot be guaranteed to be secure and this is done at your own risk. Credit card information is not stored on our servers or shop web site server.
